What are Growth Awards?
Cultivating Growth's theme lends itself to hosting a variety of work and themes of growth. We would like to honor each area of expertise and highlight specific areas of growth.
We can join together to encourage artistic growth in our community. A design firm may sponsor an award for design and a community gardening club may sponsor an award for artistic expressions that encourages gardening.
What are the advantages of sponsorship?
Advertisement Campaign
When you chose to sponsor a growth award you will be able to broadcast to the community why you are investing in its local artists.
We will be advertising this year as well as next year through print, web, and media outlets. Your business will receive acknowledgement in our advertisement & promotional material. For additional advertisement please consider partnering with Cultivating Growth to sponsor the show for a month out of the year.
Finding New Local Talent
For the creative business we provide an opportunity to search for talent without the hassle of a candidate search. Competitions are great ways to gauge what the local talent has to offer. By sponsoring a specific competition in the show you are able to direct artwork toward your companies vision and purpose. Maybe you are looking for talented media artists who care about a specific cause; by sponsoring an award those type of specifications are set up to find that unique individual. Let us find creative people that will impress you and your clients.
Building a Reputation
The benefit of multiple awards will draw more interest in the show and its sponsors. By creating a community event we hope to encourages the larger community to rally around it's local artists. By sponsoring a growth award your business will be seen as an advocate for the creative atmosphere here in central Ohio. Through sponsoring an award you are encouraging individuals to persevere because their talent is valuable and needed.
How exactly will this work?
You get to be the judge or you can have a local artist represent your business as a guest juror. If you would like we could make it much simpler and chose the piece for you, but where is the fun in that?
